D's Dawgs Run / Walk Waiver Form

Waiver: In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators waive and release any claims I may have against D’s Dawgs, the township of Cherry Hill, and the Cherry Hill School District, all sponsors, staff, officers, volunteers, successors, and assignees of the race for any and all injuries and damages sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association or entry in this race. I further state that I am physically able to complete the run or walk.
